- The CRF commissioned the Medical Imaging in Northern Canada- A Snapshot in Time report in 2009
- The CRF supported the initial development of Diagnostic Imaging Referral Guidelines for Canadian physicians several years ago which has led more recently to the support of efforts on guidelines development and the 2018 CAR Guidelines Symposium
- The CRF participated in an important project that the CAR lead in collaboration with other partners to create the Lifecycle Guidance for Medical Imaging Equipment in Canada on the acquisition and maintenance of medical imaging technology. The Main and Summary reports were released in November 2013
